Quaint Roastery and Cafe
“It’s so cute.” – a phrase often spoken by visitors to our tiny little shop. Nothing fancy or formal. Just a place to exhale and hopefully inhale some of the best treats around. We roast multiple times a week and fill our shelves with the freshest, most ethically sourced coffee available.
Upscale Sandwich Shop
Imagine the fanciest picnic you’ve ever been to…. gourmet sandwiches, unique sides & a glass of wine or craft beer… not a deli. Playing on the history of the building as both a bus stop and filling station, we aim to fill your belly with regional favorites as well as our own personal food combinations. Small space. Big experience.
Unique Event Space
You won’t find a more quaint space than our Conflux. We like to say that it is “larger than your living room but smaller than an event center.” Bring a vase of flowers and you are ready for a birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower or grad party. Also suitable for your next business meeting.

“WE HAVE GOT TO HAVE A NAME FOR THIS PROPERTY!” For a solid year, we bounced around ideas, invited our family and STAFF to offer suggestions, searched the thesaurus for descriptive words…nothing. We tried to play on the property’s history, its current use, the dreams we have for it…nothing. Then one Sunday, our pastor taught on doors- how Jesus is THE door and how we are to be door holders for others – allowing them to experience what we have already found. On the ride home, we counted the number of significant doors on our property at large. 12. There were a total of 12 doors on the 4 pieces of property accessed by our customers, STAFF & tenants. A Dozen Doors. We have found such a sweetness in our community and we want to share it with you. We want to create a place that makes you venture outside of your homes to meet your neighbors. We want to revitalize the downtown district to make you want invest in your community too and make it a better place to live. We want to bridge generational, cultural, ethnical, socioeconomic gaps to create unity in our hometown. We think that can be accomplished if we will gather, talk, and play together. So on our little corner, we’d like to hold open A Dozen different Doors for you. Come see what we have found. You are going to love it!
